Advantages:
This machine employed down blowing method. With rotational die, unique screw and barrel, hydraulic filter exchanger, inverter control, with a hot emboss station of 2 units and a special winding station of 4 winders.
1. Extruder’s transmission gearbox employed Italian design. Reliable and endurable.
2. Unique screw and barrel to insure top plasitifying capacity and top film quality and less film thickness error. The ratio of length to diameter is 32:1. Speed regulation is by variable frequency drive.
3. Temperature control: Controller by OMRON. Solid relay plus PID temperature control.
4. Hot emboss station: With inline slitting devices and with 2 independent units. Heating method is Teflon roller + power heating.
5. Winding station: of 4 winders. With meter counter. Winding speed and tension are adjustable. Speed regulation is by variable frequency drive.
6. Cabinet: designed and built as per modern standard design.
