Application:
3-layer Co-extrusion Machine with IBC + top rotation is mainly to produce tubular and single film rolls of LDPE, HDPE, EVA wth top smoothness and top performance requirements. It can also be used to make blown cling film.
Advantage:
1) It is to produce top performance film with high capacity.
2) With precise ceramic heater PID temperature control. Unique precise head, air ring with double air inlets. horizontal top rotational haul. With IBC (internal bubble cooling) system. With linear position control. Frictional winder station with automatic double-slitting devices. Central computer control.
3) Standard design is with 3 extruders. Special inquiries at request. It may be directly used to produc LDPE stretch film and food grade cling film.
