EPE Tubular Foam Banana Tree Bag Extrusion Line is for tubular EPE/ NPE foam banana tree bag extrusion, it is basically our standard sheet extrusion design + a compressed air filling system. No slitting. Winding is by folded way. Just like the theory of Film Blowing Machine.
So the added price is very litter and a small air compressor is included. The popular folded width range is 700 - 1000 mm at thickness of 0.25 - 0.8 mm.
So we usually give design for both open sheet and tubular sheet.
The foam is of ECO friendly, of closed micro cell, none crosslink type. Foaming is by direct butane or LPG injection. Extruder is of cost affordable single type.
New improvement: Hydraulic screen exchanger both sides with heaters and therefore your screen holder board's hole cleaning is much easier and faster.
