EPE NPE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line for best foaming
Features:
EPE NPE Foam Sheet Extruder or you may call PE Foam Extrusion Line or PE Foam Machine is to extrude EPE (NPE) foam and profile in roll. Optimal foaming quality at closed mini cell: 15.5 kg/m3. Lowest density: 14 kg/m3. Recycled LDPE resin if 100%, very good hardness, smooth and easy bonding.
* Jing Ye Da Industry is a PE foam plant solution specialist. All our extruders are with a Patented Foaming Amplifier. Our machine's product is average 2 - 3 kg/cbm lighter than popular Chinese machines. Min. 14.0 kg/cbm. Max. 95 kg/cbm. This is the key reason that our EPE machine occupies more than 50% of domestic Chinese market.
* Direct injection of butane or LPG may be the foaming agent. Cost affordable single extruder type.
New improvements: Hydraulic screen holder, both sides with heater for easier screen holder's hole cleaning.
