Automatic T-shirt Bag Making Machine is specialized for T-shirt bag making, with inline double punchers, with 2 photocells. Repeat pieces may preset. It is developed from Taiwan design and well tested. Very stable and reliable. If 2 lanes, production is 260 bags per minute.
Main motor is controlled by variable frequency drive, 1.5 kw. Liquid crystal touch screen for high speed process and setting. With both English and Chinese displays. Pull motor is controlled by servo drive. Auto punching employed pressure- adding cylinder. The pressure-add stroke is 15 mm. Pressure may reach 3 tons. Mechanical hand for auto clamping. Double flat conveyer for conveying. Double photocells (Germany SICK brand) for registration and so higher efficiency and less trouble. Unwinding is controlled by variable frequency motor for active unwinding.
